Friday 4/14:

3:00-5:00: Arrival, Settle in and Relax
(Body work sessions will be available earlier and at additional cost)
5:00 Opening Circle and Hawaiian Blessing with Noe
5:30 Intention setting & Cacao ceremony with Geri
7:00 Dinner with Live Traditional Hawaiian Music by Kendyl
8:15 Evening sound bath w/ Yoga Nidra with Geri and tuning forks with Jenny & Kendyl

Saturday 4/15:

8:30-10:00 Morning Yoga & meditation with Kendyl
Optional River Plunge
10:30-11:30 Brunch
11:30-3:30 Personal Time & Bodywork (available at additional cost)
Free time:  Personal choice i.e. beach walk & vitamin Sea time, meditation by the stream, journaling, relaxation, (Haku lei making)

3:45-5:15 Self Love Ritual and Aromatherapy Roller ball workshop with Jenny
6:00-7:00 Dinner
7:30-9:30 Evening ceremony with bonfire, musical performances, poetry, singing & Dance
